This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use the site. These tools set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. No health information is collected by these tools.

If you use the message form, your name, email, phone number, and message are sent to me through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and to my email. The form is not a secure channel for clinical information, so please keep messages brief and save details for our phone call.

Appointments booked through Calendly are subject to Calendly's privacy policy.

I don't sell personal information. California residents can request the information I hold about them, or ask me to delete it, by emailing jeff@jeffreybornstein.com.
